В обзоре представлены основные методы хирургической реваскуляризации миокарда у больных с многососудистым поражением коронарного русла. Рассматриваются методы аортокоронарного шунтирования, баллонной ангиопластики, стентирования с использованием голометаллических каркасов и конструкций с лекарственным покрытием; приведены результаты основных исследований, сравнивающих вышеназванные методики между собой, а также с оптимальной медикаментозной терапией; раскрыты понятия полной и неполной реваскуляризации коронарного русла.
