This article reviews the structure and specific character of Bachelor of Music cultural professional competencies based on the peculiarities of art profession and including a number of competencies. These competencies make up the symbiosis of professional skills, which are essential for modern experts to handle realistic professional tasks. In the article the range of skills developed by the undergraduates in the product-oriented foreign language teaching is distinguished and described. The authors arrive at the conclusion that cultural professional competencies are thought of as integrant qualitative description of a person, which includes knowledge and skills, methods of using them to solve not only academic and practical issues but they also provide a basis for the future professional activity of a music teacher.
