Structure leadership of managers: results of empirical research

We consider the relevance of the study the leadership structure of managers as leaders of innovation. The results of empirical research at the structure of leadership as one of the resource of innovative activity of managers was presented. The research was performed with using MLQ technique by B. Bass, B. Avolio. The sample is 426 managers of various enterprises of the Ural region. The distribution of managers was analysed by level the transformational and transactional leadership. The balance of the structures the components of leadership: transformational and transactional leadership of managers, working of enterprises of various types, was studied.
