Structure of military professional orientation in the system of military-political work with conscripts

The paper discusses the problems of improving the personnel potential of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, without the solution of which modern military construction is not possible. It also points out the need for continuous military professional orientation of servicemen at various stages of military service. As an organized pedagogical system, the military professional orientation of military personnel has a goal (system-forming component), determined, on the one hand, by the interests of the Armed Forces in developing their personnel potential, and, on the other, by the interests of the military people themselves in supporting professional self-determination. Scientists are prescribed as a first research step to establish a macro system, i.e. external level of analysis, an environment in which there is a limited set of components and with respect to which it can be isolated. For the military professional orientation of military personnel, such a macro-system is military-political work, which replaced the system of work with personnel, and even earlier - educational work in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Each such change, as a rule, assumed the appearance (or renewal) of a new functional.
