The article presents the pedagogical model based on the modalities of work with high school students. Psychological readiness for studying at the creative university is defined as a multiple structure comprising motivational, emotional and intellectual, and creative components. The paper reviews the readiness of students for an informed choice to get an education at the creative university as the correspondence between their professional and personal qualities. The authors developed a structural formation model of psychological readiness of high school students to choose creative university for getting an education that includes three stages: diagnostic, motivational and activity, and reflexive ones which may be repeated cyclically. This model is dynamic; it implies the creation of a set of interrelated, consequently involved creative methods, techniques, tools and assignments allowing one to build and consolidate creative skills, socially valuable motives, and personal qualities.
