Structural model of influence of personal determinants on professional health

The article is devoted to the empirical study of the infl uence of personal determinants on the professional health of sales managers. In the empirical study we used the method of modeling by structural equations. It was found that the infl uence has a hierarchical structure and two main determinants were identifi ed, namely, the factor “Personal maturity”, the indicators of the factor are: socialization, self-control, tolerance, achievement through independence, existential values. Factor “Self-actualization”, indicators of the factor are: intellectual effi ciency, synergy, contact, cognition, self-acceptance. We also revealed the infl uence of exogenous factors of gender and nationality on professional health and the negative infl uence of premorbid rigidity and motivation of failure avoidance.
