The structural and functional model of online community of university for assistance with employment of future teachers

The problem of deficit of teaching staff and the role of online communities in the employment of graduates is analyzed. The structural and functional model of community on the basis of the platform “VKontakte” is presented. The model integrates the university, employers, students and graduates, implementing the informational, networking, motivational and learning functions by the means of social network to effectively retain young teachers in the profession.
