Structurally-substantial model of students’ socialization process

The article is devoted to the topical and significant issue of students’ socialization. It is obvious that socialisation at higher education institution is fundamentally different from the corresponding process in other educational institutions as applying for higher education institution students are admitted to the new educational environment, to the new conditions. Many find it difficult, and the process of adaptation is not always rapid. These difficulties can negatively affect the success of mastering the material, interaction with lecturers and fellow students, which generally causes a lot of problems. In addition, after a certain period the graduates will become tutors and will have to solve a range of professional tasks, integrating into the educational community. Thus, without purposeful work on socialization of students, without formed moral compasses, in the absence of the abilities to plan your life and career path it is impossible to achieve the harmonious development of the student identity and balance between the identity and society in its further professional activity.
