Ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) ускоряет гибель кардиомиоцитов и приводит к возникновению сердечной недостаточности. Существуют перспективы восстановления поврежденного миокарда благодаря использованию стволовых клеток. Данный обзор представляет собой краткое изложение современных данных по использованию различных типов стволовых клеток для терапии ИБС. Наиболее подробно рассматривается самый предпочтительный для клинического применения тип стволовых клеток – мезенхимальные стволовые клетки (МСК), их преимущества, клинические испытания на их основе, а также стратегия оптимизации МСК для улучшения их регенеративного потенциала.
