The article deals with the humanitarian specific character of individual supervision in interaction of mentor with young educational psychologist. Supervision is presented as the technology that encourages an effective inclusion of its participants in educational environment by the mechanism of the enlargement of the borders of psychological competence (adaptation) and the implementation of the functions of the professional standard - accompaniment and support of the subjects of education (formation).
