The tariff architecture of the photographer's services and consumer behavior: impact on the average receipt, repeat purchases, and LTV

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the structure of tariff plans for photographic services and key indicators of consumer behavior. When writing the article, the author used the following methods of scientific knowledge: methods of questioning, transactional data analysis and correlation and regression analysis. The main results of the study demonstrate that the multi-level tariff architecture increases the average receipt by 34%, and the frequency of repeat purchases by 28%. And the LTV rate increases by 41% compared to the fixed pricing model. The research conducted by the author of this article revealed that the psychological anchors of pricing and the personalization of offers significantly influence consumer decision-making. The findings can be used by photographers to optimize their commercial strategy and increase business profitability.
