Technology of development of physical qualities and motor activity in the learning-trench process

This article was devoted to the technology of physical qualities of motor activity in the training process on the example of sports volleyball. Introduction in practice of health saving technologies for sports schools of additional education is considered. The basic methods of work in the training process were also studied.
