Children's ability development technologies in additional education system

In the modern educational concept of the Russian society «Our New School», the first task is to develop the abilities of each student. This is not only a psychological and pedagogical problem, but also a social one, in the solution of which the system of additional education is of great importance. The problem of abilities arises when considering the personality as a subject of activity, when the person with all its inherent properties acts as the carrier of abilities. Subjective properties characterize students as a subject of educational work, communication and cognition and include the features of attention, memory, perception. The integration of these properties are abilities.
