Gender differences in students' Perception of an organizational leader

The article considers the problem of development (acceptation) of an individual as an organizational leader of a student group. Based on the analysis of various lists of leadership qualities published in the academic literature, a summary list is drawn up of organizational leadership qualities. The author presents the results of studying gender differences in the students' perception of an organizational leader.
