The sociocultural, political and economic changes taking place in our country have a significant impact on all aspects of society, affecting the interests and destinies of each individual person. These transformations not only form new social norms and values, but also affect economic stability, personal and professional development and social interaction. At the present stage of development, the issues surrounding the professionalization of subjects of activity in the context of socio-professional reorientation have become particularly pertinent. This is due to the fact that in the context of dynamically changing socio-professional realities, the subject of activity, as a response to the challenges of the surrounding reality, turns to new searches for ways to realize his own professional potential in order to make repeated professional choices that require the psychological readiness of the subject of activity to master new types of professional activities. Socio-professional reorientation emerges as both a goal and a meaningful framework that integrates personal resources with the professional conditions of an individual’s work across all stages of re-professionalization. This integration occurs while considering and building upon their individual characteristics, abilities, and professional experience. Thus, the professionalization process not only represents a response to external demands but also serves as a pivotal mechanism for personal growth and professional advancement in an evolving socioeconomic landscape.
