Theoretical foundations of designing of goal-oriented project management of students' professional competence development

The article justifies the goal-oriented project approach to organization of educational process in higher schools. Conceptual ideas grounding the designing of goal-oriented project management of students’ professional competence development are reviewed. The authors define the goal-oriented project management of professional development, consider its essential characteristics, limitations and strategies, discuss goals and structural components.
