Theoretical bases of selecting the professionally oriented content of mathematics course for students majoring in agrobiology at agrarian universities

The article substantiates the relevance of researching the implementation process of professionally oriented mathematics course for training students majoring in Agrobiology. The paper identifies the leading didactic principles for selecting the course content. They include scientific content, systematicity, availability, consciousness and independence, applied professional orientation, compliance with the unity of purpose, the content of teaching methods and preservation of the integrity and the internal logic of the course. The authors proposed a linear concentric model of creating the professionally oriented course in mathematics. The model is based on the idea of allocating the invariant core of a course and variable specialized layers. To create math assignments in innovative and traditional forms based on the mentioned model, it is necessary to include the professionally significant information in specialized layers. It is provided to select a professionally significant situation as the basis for creating math assignments. The article updates the idea of developing the structure of a unified data bank with learning and teaching information on Agrobiology as well as computer and communication tools for their applicability.
