Анализ баланса жизни и работы становится важным вопросом в современной социально-экономической среде. В результате технологического развития и глобализации люди сталкиваются с трудностями в поддержании баланса между семейной и профессиональной жизнью. Рассматриваются основные теоретические подходы к обеспечению баланса между работой и личной жизнью, их методология и эффективность.
