The study presents a brief description of the current stage of social development that is dynamic, highly communicative, and at the same time, it leads to microstress. The paper analyzes the causes of the shortage of students’ physical activity in the context of high social dynamics. The authors attempt to identify the reasons for the lack of motivation for physical education manifested in the form of internal conflict, which is the main demotivating factor of motor activity. The research reveals the positive and negative aspects of introducing information and communication technologies, both contributing to the assimilation of information and destabilizing the habitual social behavior of students. The paper shows that competitiveness is a process of collision and subsequent rivalry of two or more parties reflected in the problem of choosing between the requirements and the usual social order of youth. It is determined that the educational problem of motivation based on the subject-object model is expressed in the denial of physical activities as imposed from the outside.
