Theoretical analysis of socio-psychological characteristics with regard to the personality of agricultural employees and their role in working life

The article deals with the study of the socio-psychological characteristics with regard to agricultural employees. The role of employees' personality traits in carrying out their professional duties at work is described, as well as the importance of socio-psychological characteristics for interpersonal interaction. The value-semantic sphere of employees, their key professional and personally significant attitudes are studied, the level of reflexivity is assessed; a theoretical analysis of the analyzed components and their role in the labor activity of any industrial or organizational employee is given. Personality traits have been found to determine an employee's social position in the organization and his or her future trajectory of professional development. The importance of this kind of research is noted, as it results in the creation of a socio-psychological portrait of the personality of the agricultural employee. Further plans are to experimentally prove the necessity of taking personality traits into account in labor activities in order to improve the effectiveness of work outcomes.
