Theoretical discourse on the origin of corporate culture: religion or science contribute to the development of a hotel enterprise

The article presents a view on corporate culture as a scientific approach alternative for the organization development. Its specificity in the hotel business, thanks to the global hotel chains, has acquired not only its lack of alternatives, but also, thanks to its components, its proximity in essence to religion. The purpose of the research is to consider the development path of the hotel not only through the application of elements of corporate culture, but also through a scientific view of the management of the hotel staff. Without detracting from the advantages of the corporate culture in the hotel, which brings joy to its employees from fulfilling a large common task, the opportunity to grow and share experiences, trying their hand at the chain's hotels in different countries. It should be noted that the deeper the immersion into the state of company ownership, the more difficult it is to then leave it and look for their unique features in order to move on. So gradually we are coming to the answer to the question, is there anything other than the corporate culture of the hotel to increase human resources. After all, criticism is good, even useful, but it is necessary to offer an alternative solution to the problem if the existing ones, even if not effective, are criticized and obstructed. Moreover, the solution may be in a scientific view of personnel management.
