Theoretical substantiation of the meta-professional status of an entrepreneur as a labor subject

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the status of an entrepreneur as a labor subject. Entrepreneurs who combine a variety of competencies and play a key role in creating new jobs and developing the economy are becoming increasingly important figures in the market, which makes them priority objects of research in the field of labor psychology. The features of professional activity, goals, tasks and competencies of an entrepreneur are considered. The analysis of related professions in the system of their competencies is carried out, definitions of metaprofession and metacompetence are presented. It is concluded that the profession of an entrepreneur belongs to the class of meta-professions and includes meta-competencies corresponding to this work. The relevance of the theoretical research lies in the need to substantiate the status of an entrepreneur as a subject of labor and entrepreneurship as a professional activity in the context of a radical transformation of the world of professions and the labor market.
