Theoretical and methodological bases of the problem of forming information and analytical culture of cadets of military universities

The need to train officer personnel with a formed information and analytical culture is due to the modern conditions of digitalization and technologization of military affairs, new federal educational standards with an emphasis on the independence of cadets. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the choice of methodological approaches to the problem of forming the information and analytical culture of cadets and to identify the principles of their implementation. Research methods: analysis of theoretical and regulatory literature, generalization, formulation of conclusions, analysis of practical experience. The methodological basis of the study was a systemic (general scientific basis of the study, allows us to consider the process of forming the information and analytical culture of cadets as a complex of interrelated elements, ways of organizing pedagogical activity that can be presented as a system), cultural (theoretical and methodological strategy of the study, allows us to consider the educational process of a military university through the culture of values, personal and professional meanings) and participatory (practice-oriented research tactics, orients the subjects of the process of forming the information and analytical culture to readiness for joint activities) approaches. The identified methodological approaches are implemented through specific principles: 1) a system approach (acceleration of information flows and unity of professionally oriented and personally developing educational goals of a military university); 2) a cultural approach (continuity of pedagogical and military- professional influence and a combination of convergence and divergence of values and meanings of future officers); 3) a participatory approach (variability and implementation of interactive forms of training and education). The selected and theoretically substantiated approaches form the theoretical and methodological basis of the study, each of them performs a specific function and is aimed at achieving the goal set in the study - the formed information and analytical culture.
