Theoretical and methodological analysis of prerequisites for constructing the concept of the study of mentally retarded children behavior regulation

The article presents a clinical and psychological analysis of the arbitrary behavior of mentally retarded children in the context of the formation of personality and socio-psychosocial adaptation. The authors present an interdisciplinary and systematic analysis of the study of behavior self-regulation, identify and analyze the levels and components of their formation.
