The historic-pedagogical and philosophical analysis of practice-oriented process foundation of individual professional development of the competent specialist (bachelor) is passed over. The comprehension of practice-oriented educational principle is specified, which the bachelor training must be based on. The analysis of practice-oriented principle in context of not only history of high school development in Russia, but also its foundation in education is given.
