Theoretical and legal analysis of civil society in the views of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel

The article presents an analysis of the essential provisions of a philosophical and legal nature in the field of civil society and its relationship to the state. Revealing the vision of the German philosopher G. Hegel of civil society and the position of an individual in it, the author focuses on the importance of understanding both the «intersection points» of the process of interaction between state institutions and civil society, and especially in the activities of the state and civil society. According to the author, the ideas of G. Hegel discussed in this article are important for a more substantive understanding of the modern paradigm of a democratic constitutional state.
