In article problems of increase of maintenance service efficiency of electrical supply systems at the expense using modern means and a quality monitoring and diagnostics are considered. Problems of increase of maintenance actions efficiency are defined by the decision of following problems: Problems of increase of efficiency of maintenance actions are defined by the decision of problems of the analysis of structure of electric equipment ЛА and synthesis of the test information for the control and diagnosing. In work the general approach for the decision of this problem with use of topological representations is offered.
