Person-centered learning technology is based on a theory and purpose. The practicality of the pedagogical system depends on its flexibility and the individual characteristics of the student, their technological and individual standards. At the same time, the flexibility of these technologies, their variability, the hierarchy of student behavior play an important role.

At the level of teaching technology, all components of the learning process are covered. Person-centered technology is based on the intellectual and emotional-motivational development of students, the formation of knowledge and professional skills, a value-based approach to the educational process, increased activity, self-awareness and independence.

Getting acquainted with music is one of the most important ways to raise a child, because music has a strong influence on the events around him and his attitude towards him through his emotions. The art of music, which reflects life, confirms the moral beauty of man, the value of friendship, devotion to duty, reveals the richness of the soul. In order to solve the problems facing the music education system, the current innovative processes, having independent and freethinking decision-makers can absorb new information and assess their knowledge.

Therefore, modern teaching methods, the role and importance of interactive methods, innovative technologies in the educational process of music education institutions are invaluable. Knowledge and experience in pedagogical technologies and their application Music education ensures that the student or learners have knowledgeable and mature skills.

Analyzing these studies, the following definition can be made:

Pedagogical technology is a project of a system of continuous development of pedagogical activity aimed at achieving educational goals and personal development. Higher education reform requires a science-based approach to these issues. Any design, if it is a science-based tool for teaching, is not considered technological. Design performs a methodological function. It emerges as a research tool for student mental development patterns, developmental features of the learning process, and pedagogical management techniques.

Nowadays, to provide music education, it is necessary to reproduce new parts of pedagogical communication, media, to produce new productions for teaching capacity. Music teaching theory is a science that studies the purpose, means, content, and other theoretical foundations of school students ’musical work.

The concept of “music teaching methods” is usually considered in two senses: broad and narrow. Music education methods in the broadest sense are a set of pedagogical methods aimed at helping students master the content of music education and solve learning problems. Methods of music education in the narrow sense - a variety of musical works used by the teacher to master the musical knowledge, skills and abilities of students, the experience of creative activity and the emotional attitude of the individual to reality. specific methods that find the expression z. Technological progress is one of the most important components capable of tracking social processes today. Improving the technology of pedagogical education is a prerequisite for shaping the cultural level of a society and its economic power. Teaching technology ensures the functioning of education, ensures the application of knowledge in the labor process, shapes the consciousness of the educator, influences his mobility and way of life.

Vocational training technology stimulates an individual's interest in discipline, will, and specialization. Educational technologies, aimed at meeting the comprehensive demand for specialists, focus on the implementation of psychological and pedagogical conditions that are rapidly adapted to the interaction between teacher and student. Learning technology includes both theoretical and practical knowledge of specific methods of managing the learning process and the future support of teaching and learning. From a scientific point of view, the goals, content and methods of teaching are scientifically based and the pedagogical process is designed. An algorithmic process is developed based on the purpose, content, methods and tools involved in achieving the planned learning outcomes in the descriptive aspect. In the practical aspect, the process of pedagogical technology is carried out. There are three levels of pedagogical technology in relation to educational practice: general pedagogical, special methodical, local (modular). General pedagogical technology represents an integrated educational process. Special methodical technology consists of methods and means of realization of educational process in one discipline.

Local (modular) technology refers to the application of technology to specific areas of the educational process. This technology focuses on solving specific didactic and educational tasks. In pedagogy, along with teaching technology, educational technology is also included. While educational technology refers to the content-information aspect, teaching technology is considered to be process-related, meaning that no clear differences have yet been identified between them. Pedagogical technology is adapted to the level of preparation of students, their access to information and practical training, teaching technologies in the music education system reflect the acquisition of fundamental and practical knowledge, reflectivity of actions and shape their professional activities.

Pedagogical technology is determined by the activities of teachers and students. The structure of pedagogical technology is determined by these types of activities. Each pedagogical technology is based on a specific scientific concept. The scientific concept of pedagogical technology covers the philosophical, psychological, socio-pedagogical and didactic rationale for achieving educational goals. The technological process includes the organization of the learning process, teacher activity, student activity, methods of managing the learning process, diagnostics of the learning process. In the technological approach to the process of music education, as mentioned earlier, the principle of a systematic approach pays special attention to the necessary connections and interdisciplinary connections between the parts of the lesson. This is the fifth principle of pedagogical technology.

In conclusion, one of the most advanced methods of our time is to approach everything and events as a system in order to conduct research on the creation of textbooks and to create methodological methods. Otherwise, the activity will become traditional and reflect yesterday. In this regard, the principles of pedagogical technology should be central to any pedagogical activity. Only then can pedagogical activity be modernized and the social order of society be fulfilled with honor.
