Effective educational process, standing on a strong theoretical, methodological and well-built practical Foundation, is always the basis for the successful implementation of social requirements put forward by the state to prepare active, competent, aimed at the creative activity of members of society. Successful, in the social sense of the word, personality at the present stage is in demand in various fields. People who are ready for transformation, understand the importance of improving their professional skills, looking for new ways for their development, objectively assess the reality and direct their creative power to improve the social development of society, are always the support of the state, understand their role in the life of society and the meaning of their lives.

Therefore, the modern stage of education development is a departure from the standard understanding of its goals and functions, a revision of the internal components of the process in accordance with the existing objective and subjective transformations of social reality, a new understanding of innovation in the educational process and their role in the socialization of the individual. Innovations, the concept of which first appeared in the XIX century, in the broad sense of the word, refers to the results of scientific research, the results of the introduction of a new tool aimed at improving, improving or transforming specific activities in various spheres of society. Researchers who study the problems of innovation, determining the essence of innovation, pay attention to various aspects of this phenomenon.

With the rapid development of information and communication technologies, which is one of the peculiarities of our time, using its capabilities, special attention is paid to the approach and organization of the educational process. The XXI century is the age of high technologies, and modern young people are taking steps not only in accordance with the spirit of the era, but also in accordance with the progress in the electron universe.

Therefore, it requires a different approach to the process of teaching the younger generation. The role of the teacher in the lessons is also changing. The teacher is now basically acting as a redirector. The period requires that teachers who aim to take steps in harmony with the times are ready to animate the each part of the lesson through ICT.

In the resolution of the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan "on measures for further improvement of the Foreign Language Learning System" dated December 10, 2012 by introducing advanced methods of teaching using modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies, by radically improving the system of teaching the growing younger generation to foreign languages, training specialists who can speak these languages freely, and, creation of conditions and opportunities for the development of international cooperation and dialogue" and the need for the implementation of a number of important tasks are indicated. In this document, foreign languages from the first classes of general secondary schools starting from the 2013-2014 academic year are defined as teaching in a game style using ICT tools as the subject of basic education. In accordance with this important decision, a deeper look was taken today, especially in the lessons of learning foreign languages. For the worthy protection of the country's reputation in the world arena, our young people must first compete with their foreign peers.

Today, competition is conducted in foreign languages, in particular in English, which is the language of international business. In fact, the role of modern pedagogical technologies and information and communication tools in improving the quality, effectiveness of Education, purposeful Organization of lessons in the form of games that interest students is very great. The scope of the possibilities of applying them day by day, technical tools are becoming an integral part of the learning process. In order to teach English to young people through computer, first of all, the teacher himself must be able to use computer technology at a professional level.

The use of this level includes not only being able to take full advantage of the existing capabilities of the computer, but also being able to create new training programs based on it. To become a teacher at such a level, it is necessary for each teacher of a foreign language to work more on himself in the field of modern technology. There are several predominant aspects of teaching English using computer compared to traditional teaching methods.

First of all, a student studying English on a computer basis will have the opportunity to test his / her skills in four directions of the language (speaking, listening, speaking, writing, and reading). At present, it is possible to do this with the help of advanced programs. Only education in this way should take the student in the right direction. In addition, every rule taught in teaching foreign languages with the help of computer, every word, every unit of understanding is proved to be better preserved in the memory of the reader.

Naturally, the rich graphical capabilities of computer, the ability to deliver information about situations in the form of voice, text, image and video, make teaching of foreign languages through computer one of the most effective ways. Therefore, I want to take advantage of the rich capabilities of the computer in teaching English through the computer.

Basically, it is expedient to use Word and Power Point programs when explaining contemporary topics. Because I think that students will understand much easier if they are given a topic using Table views through the Word program. In Power point, however, it is possible to attract more readers to the topic by displaying the same topics in voice, picture, and video views. “If we want to praise Uzbekistan to the world, glorify its ancient history and bright future, keep it immortal in the memory of generations, we must first educate future great writers, great poets, great creators.”Thus, since the study of a foreign language is a requirement of the current period, developing new methods of language learning for the growing younger generation, based on the “national program of Personnel Training”, recommending the reading process is one of the pressing issues facing scientists, specialists. In order for our talented young people to become mature specialists in their fields of interest, it is necessary first of all to know a foreign language, including English.

Educational technology, this is the productive use of modern Information Technology in the educational process. It also envisages improving the quality and effectiveness of education by bringing modern innovative technologies into the educational process. In particular, there are several advantages of using such information and communication technologies in the study of a foreign language. The role of modern technology in language learning and teaching cannot be overemphasized. Each aspect of learning a foreign language using technological tools (reading, writing, listening, understanding and speaking)comes to hand. For example, to understand by listening, of course it is impossible to perform this process without a computer, player, CD disc. Listening comprehension is one of the most important parts of language learning. In this, the reader is asked at once to pay attention to the pronunciation of the speaker, the observance of the rules of writing, the richness of the word and its meanings. In the educational process, the use of modern technology is an important factor that students also have a good knowledge of and use of information and Communication Technology. Teaching and learning a foreign language using modern technologies is one of the most effective ways.

Therefore, the introduction of technologies, ensuring that teaching methods meet the demand of the period are the main tasks of pedagogical scientists without delay. Training and professional development of specialists is also topical. At a time when the economic, political, cultural and educational ties of our state with the world countries are growing, our youth's interest in the life, culture, customs and language of foreign countries is growing. The role of foreign languages, especially English, in the development of these relations is incomparable.
