The peculiarities of the formation of innovative thinking in the youth worldview

The peculiarities of the issues related to raising the worldview encountered in the life of a person are distinguished by the following: firstly, the issues related to this worldview are so complex and profound that the owners of great wisdom have come to them for many centuries in search of answers and there are still unresolved problems; secondly, the issues related to the worldview are; from the four, a reasonable person can not really feel happy until he finds an answer that satisfies him to these questions. So summarizing the issues, in a word the essence of the world and the role that man occupies in it or, in short, the issues related to the essence of the world (including the inner world of man) or, even more briefly: the issues of the worldview are called.

Worldview is an important, necessary part of the human spirituality, its inner spiritual world. After all, none of the living creatures in this life does not hesitate about the meaning and essence of their lives. After all, a piece from a human child is not that any creature has risen above its physical needs.

In general, in the current period, when the third millennium began, a sharp turn is really taking place in the life of mankind. It is appropriate to call this turn a worldview crisis, in our opinion, in a broad sense. After all, if we look at the history of the social consciousness of mankind more broadly, we can see that every concrete historical form of worldview (mythology, religion, philosophy, science) did not beseech and exchange withgisi before it. From this comes the conclusion that the fundamental solution to the problems that lie before us is in determining what is the cause of the exchange of worldviews. Only after that it will be possible to understand the meaning and purpose of the life of man and mankind, what will be determined by his fate.

Youth is a layer that actively introduces the elements of the future of society. The main goal of young people is an expression from the transition to social subjectivity. Therefore, when analyzing the stages of the formation of youth thinking from a philosophical point of view, it is important to take into account historical and socio-economic conditions and to increase the interest of the younger generation, which is very important for itself, for nature and for the whole society.

It will be necessary to regulate the processes of socialization in the formation of the worldview of young people. Only then will we have the opportunity to evaluate youth as a dynamic source of society. Thus, in society, both young people themselves and innovation are manifested as an active subject that drives dynamic processes. We conclude that public policy should not only focus on increasing the activity of young people, but also create radical changes in the worldview of the younger generation, while adapting the state strategy to their contemplation and practical activities. This will greatly contribute to the increase of socio-political activity of young people. And the main factor that forms the worldview of young people is not the presence of these specific knowledge, but the systematization of them, the development of a reserve of knowledge for the perception of the world and the formation of an unusual attitude to it. Innovative worldview plays an important role in the formation of such an unusual relationship.

"Thought" is an arabic word and is used as a synonym for the words "thinking", "knowing the mind" in the Uzbek language. Contemplation is a higher stage of cognition. Contemplation is the stage of higher-rational (Latin rational – mind) cognition, in which the general, important features of the subject and phenomena are determined, the internal, necessary relations between them, that is, legal connections are reflected. From this point of view-the process of innovation renewal and radical reform in society has never been realized at once. This is the process associated with human consciousness, thinking and world view. As human consciousness is slowly forming, the process of innovative renewal and strategic reforms associated with its activities is also of great importance.

On September 21, 2018, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan strategy of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2019-2021, adopted by Sh.M.Mirziyoyev's decree № PD-5544, became a direct logical and consistent continuation of the process of implementation of the tasks established in the concept of administrative reforms as well as the strategy of actions for modernization of the system of Public Administration. After all, as one of the main tasks of the strategy of innovation development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the task of "increasing the effectiveness of the activities of the bodies of state power through the introduction of modern methods and tools of management" was defined, as well as a special "road map" was approved by the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Therefore, in the near future, many programs and projects reflecting the innovative ideas needed to raise the education system of our country to a new level, compete with the developed world education systems, as well as to promote the prestige of our country in the world are also being developed and referred to the general discussion.

In the strategy of action on further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, such important tasks as "improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of higher education institutions on the basis of the introduction of international standards for assessing the quality of education and training, promoting research and innovation activities, creating effective mechanisms for the introduction of scientific and innovative achievements into practice". In the socio-philosophical dictionaries, the concept of "innovative thinking" – a new category that expresses the cognitive abilities of a person at the present stage of the development of society-is also widely used. Innovative thinking is a creative activity of members of this society aimed at creating material and spiritual wealth on the basis of new thinking, as a result of which the increase in the effectiveness of the introduction of innovations in the process of work of the current systems is of paramount importance. With a deep understanding, understanding and explanation of the possibilities of innovative thinking, it is important to be able to apply its important and relevant aspects to the relevant areas, to regulate innovation, to solve the problems of proper management in a timely manner. About this, the president of Uzbekistan M.Mirziyoyev: “Today, in order to renew and modernize our country, develop it on an innovative basis, carry out the multifaceted and complex tasks set before us, we are entrusted to modern and creative-minded, capable of taking responsibility in any situation, with a high level of enthusiasm, with great potential, with important tasks in the management of the state and society to young”.

What is innovation contemplation? This means the ability to understand the meaning and essence of things and events. This is necessary for any field specialist, because the ability to find a new and original solution to any issues related to the profession. People with the same talent will have innovation and creative thinking. A person with an innovative mindset makes fewer mistakes in his work activities. In any situation, he stands ready to find a non-standard decision. Unfortunately modern education system does not focus on non-standard thinkingurni developmenttirishga. Many people think on the basis of stereotypes, use templates that they also take when making decisions. It is necessary to teach people the technology of analyzing the situation, to adopt optimal Solutions, and also to teach innovative thinking. Because, "the welfare of citizens is a direct link to innovation development in that same society in any state."

A distinctive feature of innovative thinking is that it is inextricably linked not only with a high worldview of young people, but also with creative activity. It is not true that such a vision can only be attributed to models of intelligence, that the mind is the only force that drives this process and is the final result of material changes in the environment. Because innovative thinking is increasingly promoted in a person by personal motivation, self-awareness, proper evaluation of their creative abilities, their effective use. "Today we are moving on to the path of innovative development aimed at radical renewal of all spheres of life of the state and society. It is not surprising, of course. Because who will win in the current period, when the times are rapidly developing? A new idea, a state based on innovation will win."

In the process of formation and development of youth policy on a global scale, the main issue is the possibility of using the innovative potential of the development of society. And the main driving force of this process is the younger generation itself. The current state of society is an indicator of the exit from the socio-economic crisis not only of the older generation, but also of the effective use of youth opportunities. In this process, the factors that shape the worldview of young people occupy a priority place.
