This article discusses the prospects of development of labor on the basis of the content of the educational process of the modernization, the orginal features updated content and implementation stages.

Nowadays throughout the world developing countries pay main attation on the development of industrial spheres from agrar industry which basis on the new techniques and line technologies of elecritechniques electronics and automatics. On the developing of industry the important place take the technique effectivity on the specialists. The basic technique skills on the specialists which get on their activities on the sphere of industry forms at the lessons of labour education in the secondary schools.

At the lessons of labour education trains work methods which introducted specializes and activities accordance to projecting subject, service and agrar aphers. There pupils are developing their knowledge, skill and qualificative process by making methods on metal, wood, non-metals and cloth materials (project, drawing, construction, model, cutting, glue, decoration, design, sewing, knitting and others).

The subject of labour education is differ that other subjects by several characteristics, such as: practical content; relationship with industry; economy; integrative subjects relation with more than 10 subjects; speciality on training of labour fays and girls; relation with favourable material techniques condition of secondary schools; character knowledge skill and qualificative process which forms on the professional qualifying of pupils during train of labour education; to introduce and direct with professions world pupils from primary education; train 19 form pupils and direct them to choose profession; to teach for technologies by making of handicrafts which bases on the national treasures.

Projection of standards of train, train plans and programs, needful textbooks, handouts and show materials, create the process of scientific-method base of technology, also framing to the alone system and order, direction, comprehension educational system contently and formatively which consists the base of scientific-methodic complementation. This complementation must successes and achieves by searching-experimental works, scientific researches which passes in the scientific-researching institutes and in the higher schools, staffs and notes in the scientific-methodic complementary schools methodic conferences, regional public departements, suitable ministrates. The most characterized one of the processing of this subject is complex complementation of tragn process which bases on the new material-technique, methodic didactics demands.

The material-technique of labour train: equipments, special buildings, directions, complex of regional and administrative documents, technologic and security tables, different materials, equipments, electricity sources, etc. It would be batter if state organizations, private, small, enterprises, labour teams, parets and spread society take an active part on the process.

The prospect progress of labour education notes by new pedagogical technologies and creation of didactic bases. New didactic systems defines on the education; usage of labour treats; structions, usage of new basic technologies; rework of innovative pedagogical and informational technologic experiments which suitable in our republic; choose the ones of professional education systems from state and private train organizations; method of testing of pupils knowledge;

smilar mental and physical perfectation of pupils to modern specialists on the process of industry, automatics, electronics, development of sphers.[3]

On the uprising of new content and modernization, different train- educative industirial procedures of labour education face an active part ministry, school, family, society, private and state organizations, firms, concerns, entertaiments.

Generally, at the training of labour education defines on the new innovative didactic systems which consists of train subjects and bases on content, form, methods and conditionaly train program. Modernization of labour education program bases on the innovative pedagogic and information technologies which formed on the effective usage service to rise formation at pupils general labour knowledge, skill and qualifying, effective education.
