The article presents results of the empirical study dealing with the correlation of personal and socio-psycho-logical traits of a situational interaction subject according to the intensity of self-efficacy in interpersonal communication. On the basis of the selected criteria the author suggests a typology of situational interaction implementation: response-based irrational type, response-based rational type, and proactive rational type.
