Typology of mechanisms for achieving the goals of state entrepreneurship in public-law companies

Free access

The article examines public law companies (PLC) as agents of state entrepreneurship. It is shown that in the context of the increasing complexity of the economic function of the state and the development of the digital economy, the role of state agents-operators who implement economic processes based on an entrepreneurial approach is increasing. Based on the analysis of the activities of public law companies, differences in their functions and organizational mechanisms have been identified. The author's typology of the mechanisms for implementing the set goals of the PLC is proposed, including social compensation, infrastructural, sectoral, industry-developing and platform-infrastructural types. It is shown that the development of the platform-infrastructure type reflects the formation of more complex models of state entrepreneurship.
