Typology of “chain letters”

The article deals with the criteria of the organization of the typology of “chain letters”. There are described the specific features of the language filling of the letters presenting a special type of the text in respect of structure and content. There are revealed the tactics used in the letters. The authors suggest the classification of “chain letters” by the thematic principle.
