Justification of Types of Career Perceptions among Future Teachers

The article examines the concept of “career ideas” from the standpoint of the generally accepted way of using the concept of “representation” and the modern understanding of the content of the concept of “career”. The object of research in it is the career ideas of boys and girls, future teachers. The subject of the research is the types of career ideas of future teachers. The research method is a typology method as a way to identify and describe samples of objects and phenomena that correspond to their specific groups. The article substantiates the criteria for identifying types of career ideas, which include the motivational basis for building career ideas, the autonomy of building career ideas and the validity of career ideas. The result of the theoretical analysis is the identification of attractive, pragmatic, socially oriented, gloristic, affiliative and directive types of career ideas according to the first criterion; dependent, auton-omously dependent and autonomous types according to the second criterion, unreasonable, unfounded and justified types according to the third criterion.
