Проведено сравнение понятий «точность оценки» и «адекватность оценки», дана классификация видов оценок, подробно описана категория «профессиональных оценок». Проведен анализ факторов, влияющих на точность оценивания. Предложено два варианта работы над снижением негативного влияния этих факторов.
