Traditional education - doctrinal foundation of federal concept in the new realities of Russian development

The article uncovers the need for developing the Federal concept of education, which would realize the goals of creating educated, creative, physically and morally healthy people, who are able to build Russia in the new development realities as the highest value, Russia which culturally unites the peoples and elites forming the Russian civilization circle. The theory of traditional education is the basis for developing such a concept. The work emphasizes the fact that the content of traditional education and upbringing includes knowledge already gained by society - the system of sciences and scientific knowledge; experience - the system of skills and abilities - the basis of activity; experience of creative, searching activity; experience of attitude to the world, each other or the system of moral, spiritual, volitional, aesthetic upbringing. The author notes that the content of social experience is of social nature and is formed and implemented in accordance with the goals and tasks set by society.
