Transformation of the human capital concept in the digital economy

The article analyzes the transformation of the human capital concept under the influence of economic digitalization processes. The evolution of theoretical approaches from classical concepts by G. Becker and T. Schultz to modern views on digital human capital is examined. Special attention is paid to international digital competence frameworks developed by OECD and European Commission. Singapore's experience in implementing the national lifelong learning strategy SkillsFuture is analyzed. The need to form a new paradigm of strategic human capital management considering digital economy specifics is substantiated. The specifics of human capital development in the Kyrgyz Republic in the context of implementing the Digital Transformation Concept for 2024-2028 are examined.
