Transformation of the notion citizen in terms of general rights and freedoms in the course of the Russian Constitution intertextual development

The article studies the transformation of the notion citizen within the intertext of the USSR Constitution. The notion citizen is quoted in each of the four intertextual RSFSR Constitution versions published in 1918, 1925, 1937 and 1978, and the Russian Federation Constitution published in 1993, which develops and reflects new juridical and political government environment. We have identified the trends in evolutionary processes by consideration of a notion significatum, which represents general rights and freedoms. As part of the research, we have analyzed the concepts "freedom of conscience" and "freedom of the press". It is concluded that the development of ideological semantics includes representation of decreasing importance of religion, but then the tendency changes its direction. Besides, the explication of language representation of opposition between monarch state of the Russian Empire and socialist state of the USSR is reduced, and on the latest stage of transformation the increasing role of freedom of speech is linguistically explicated.
