В статье рассматривается трансформация принципов Agile в условиях аутсорсинговой модели реализации digital-проектов. Анализируются особенности взаимодействия между заказчиком и подрядчиком, влияние распределенного формата работы на коммуникацию, гибкость и организационную архитектуру. Подчеркивается формирование гибридных управленческих моделей, сочетающих гибкость внутренних процессов с внешней контрактной жесткостью.

Transformation of Agile priorities in the outsourcing model of digital projects
The article examines the transformation of Agile principles in the context of the outsourcing model of digital project implementation. The features of the interaction between the customer and the contractor, the impact of the distributed work format on communication, flexibility and organizational architecture are analyzed. The formation of hybrid management models combining the flexibility of internal processes with external contractual rigidity is emphasized.
