Transitional transition of transition - the necessity of the Serbian Economy

One of the essential components of the concept transition content, both for Serbia and for other post-socialist countries, makes the transition from a development concept (extensive and mobilie) to another, very different conception of development (market - oriented foundations and innovation). In the domain of economic growth, this means leaving a phenomenon mainly physical enlargement of production and the transition to economic progress, which means to constantly take care of relative costs and achieved results.
