Labor potential as a factor of economic security of the region

The level of labor potential significantly affects the economic security of the country's regions. The article analyzes the labor potential of the Altai Territory and substantiates its influence on the economic security of the region. The authors identified the main directions for increasing labor potential. A rational policy in the field of migration, measures to promote employment and labor mobility, increasing wages, and providing additional social guarantees will increase human potential in the Altai Territory, and therefore increase the economic security of the region.
