Labor orientation of students of higher educational institutions of the krasnodar territory in the labor market: social aspect

The relevance of the research topic is due to the dynamic transformation of the modern Russian labor market, which leads to the obsolescence of the knowledge acquired by students in the learning process. In an attempt to adapt to the situation on the labor market, young specialists are forced to engage in activities atypical for their education, which leads to unstable incomes and the pursuit of additional competencies. The purpose of the article is to study the labor orientations of students of higher educational institutions. The object of research is the process of forming orientations of students for precarious employment. The research methodology includes methods of analysis, synthesis, interpretation, a method of quantitative sociological research. The study revealed a high percentage of working students combining training and work. When looking for a job, more than half of students use family or friendships. The main factors of future employment of Kuban youth coincide with all-Russian trends - the level of wages, a convenient work schedule, a good team.
