Universal educational actions of students within the competence approach implementation

The article is devoted to the problem of competence approach implementation in training through the unification of educational actions that should be mastered by students for social development and further professionally oriented training. One approach to solving this problem is to create the invariant basis for teaching and educational process as a system of universal educational actions. The scientific relevance of the research consists in the development of the unit structure for universal educational actions (cultural, personal, educational, technological, communicative units). The practical significance of the results obtained is to use them by teachers during classroom studies, preparing the study guides, as well as by students while writing term papers and graduate theses.
