Managerial inefficiency of managers as a signal of the crisis in the university

The phenomenon of “managerial inefficiency of manager” is analyzed. Its definition is formulated, social and economic essence is revealed. Drawbacks of training managers university are found to be a main cause their professional inefficiency. The main outcome of poor training of managers are large numbers of unemployed within the profession resulting in the negative attitude of employers to university graduates and drop of prospective students interest. Priority areas to solve the problem for the higher schools and employers are increased role of employercompanies in professional training of managers; more practical focus in training innovation targeted staff; optimized links between the employers and higher school.
