Managerial impact on the production team: expectations and risks

The article considers scientific approaches to labor resource management at an industrial enterprise. It is shown that the use of the concept approach in labor resource assessment provides more effective management influence on different categories of employees, increases competitive status and reduces economic risks. The effect of Parkinson’s laws in production structures in ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation, supporting decisions made in the field of social responsibility and increasing labor productivity is considered. An assessment of the personnel of Voltyre-Prom JSC is given, an algorithm of management influence on labor resources in ensuring their quality and efficiency is presented. A model for determining the satisfaction of the organization’s management and identifying personal risks is proposed. The purpose of the study was to substantiate the concept approach to labor resource management at an industrial enterprise, reducing economic risks. Achieving this goal was ensured by solving problems aimed at studying the management impact on different categories of employees, the effect of Parkinson’s laws in increasing competitive status. The author’s hypothesis boiled down to the assertion that the conceptual approach allows for a more qualitative forecast of the controlled impact on labor resources in ensuring competitive status and strategic focus.
