Управление аммиаком в бройлерном птицеводстве как инструмент для поддержания высокого уровня благополучия птицы

Для поддержания высокого стабильного уровня продуктивности интенсивные технологии выращивания бройлеров требуют глубоких знаний в области кормления и содержания птицы. Многочисленные исследования отечественных и зарубежных ученых свидетельствуют о необходимости понимания специалистами-зоотехниками взаимосвязи различных показателей микроклимата птичника, состава рациона и технологических аспектов, используемых при выращивании птицы, и их влияния на здоровье и комфорт поголовья. Одной из актуальных проблем при напольном выращивании бройлеров является высокий уровень аммиака в птичниках. В работе рассмотрены механизмы развития патологических процессов в разных тканях, системах и органах организма цыплят-бройлеров при воздействии этого высокотоксичного соединения, которые негативно влияют на благополучие птицы и закономерно приводят к снижению ее продуктивности. Перечислены факторы, обусловленные составом рациона, технологиями кормления и содержания птицы, а также качеством управления микроклиматом в помещениях для выращивания бройлеров, приводящие к накоплению газа, которое превышает санитарно-гигиенические нормы. Рассмотрены способы снижения токсичной концентрации аммиака в птичниках, включающие управление вентиляцией и температурой в птичнике, влажностью и рН подстилки, а также уровнем азота, выделяемого птицей с пометом.
