The article deals with designing the process of the development of the regional system of the scientific and methodological support of the pedagogical staff and the members of management, considering the priorities and tools of the Unified federal system of the scientific and methodological support of the pedagogical staff. There is described the used logic of designing and the authors present its product - the regional project of the management of the activity of the municipal methodological services in the Volgograd region.
