Innovation activity management in a modern pre-school educational institution

Approaches to content selection and to forms of innovation activity organization are proposed. The model of innovation activity and management of innovation organization departments' is represented. The content of each of the four managerial functions is described. They are planning, organization, stimulation and control. The realization of the given functions ensures the high level of innovation activity in a modern pre-school educational institution.
