Educational research quality management in higher education

The relevance of the study is caused by positioning science and education as a socially significant benefit and property of the personality. In this regard, the improvement of the quality of educational researches, that have acquired an interdisciplinary nature, is claimed. One of the tools to manage the quality of an educational research is a formed methodological competence of a researching teacher on the basis of their preparation to arrange an educational research. The article examines an educational search as an integrated, multidisciplinary phenomenon of modern science and reveals the concept of «methodological competence» of a researching teacher, substantiates the necessity of a researching teacher,s readiness to prove an effective evidence-based research.
